FROM THE FURLO PASS TO BOCCA SERIOLA

From Acqualagna, the heart of truffle country, our route follows the Candigliano River through towering rocks as far as Piobbico, another very old centre with important remains dating from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance period and famous for its "Club of the Uglies". Still on through the mountains towards Bocca Seriola you will arrive at Apecchio, a fascinating old town noted for its interesting fossil museum and its traditional local cuisine.
